So how exactly does GIL reach out to our community? Read below to find out!
Giving is Loving, Inc., or GIL, is a Hollywood, Florida-based not-for-profit organization devoted to doing chesed, or acts of loving-kindness, and imparting Torah education among the Jewish Community of South Florida. GIL is dedicated in memory of Gil Shimon Epstein, a’h, who personified chesed and love for fellow Jews during his short but noble life. GIL Chesed matches donations of money, time and property to those who can directly benefit. GIL Torah Outreach matches Rabbi Yossi Jankovits, a true Torah scholar, with Jews of all learning levels and backgrounds.
